Wellness exams
A yearly (or twice-yearly) check-up catches problems early, when they are easier and kinder to treat.

A thorough, unhurried check-up
Our vets spend a full 30 minutes with every wellness patient. We get down on the floor, take things at your pet’s pace and talk you through each finding as we go.

Weight & diet
Body condition score and a feeding plan that fits.
Parasite review
Flea, tick, worm and heartworm protection for your area.
Vaccines due
Only what your pet needs, based on lifestyle.

Before your visit
Do you accept new patients?
Yes! We welcome new dogs, cats, rabbits, small pets, birds and reptiles. Bring any previous records if you have them — or we can request them for you.
What happens at a first visit?
A relaxed 30-minute consult: weight, nose-to-tail exam, vaccine and parasite review, plus plenty of time for questions. Treats included.
Do you take pet insurance?
We work with all major insurers and can claim directly on your behalf for most policies.
My pet gets anxious. Can you help?
We are Fear Free certified: quiet rooms, non-slip mats, pheromone diffusers and the option of calming medication before visits.
Ready for a happy, healthy check-up?
New patients get a free nail trim and a goodie bag at their first visit. Same-day sick appointments available most days.
